This is a relatively new kind of Agate…looks just like a bunch of grapes doesn’t it? Only, it is a lot harder, having the hardness of 7 on the Mohs Hardness Scale – 10 being the hardest (Diamond).
Grape Agate comes from Indonesia and is actually composed of small botryoidal chalcedony. Botryoidal means that round crystals have naturally formed together.
Metaphysical properties: promotes inner stability, composure, and maturity. Its warm, protective properties encourage security and self-confidence.
